Iceland Supports Gender Equality Today for a Sustainable Tomorrow

Ambassador Guðni Bragason attended a UN Women India event in New Delhi on the occasion of the International Women's Day on  8th March, calling for “Gender Equality Today for a Sustainable Tomorrow”. Attending were women and girls from different Indian  states,  The event was a part of the UN Women India action called „Lesser Than No One“, celebrating women and girls who have broken barriers and advanced equality. Iceland is a long-time financial supporter of UN Women.
